"PAT" is Our 24/7 Phone-Any-Time Teller
 

Now you can call PAT 24 hours a day, seven days a week to verify savings, checking and even loan balances. You can use PAT to see which checks have cleared your account and to balance your checkbook. With PAT you can even make transfers from one of your accounts to another. You can request a check be withdrawn from your account and either mailed to you or held for pickup in the office.

During the Fall of 2010 we unveiled the new PAT.  Our old PAT was getting pretty old (and was showing some major wear and tear) so we brought in new PAT.  Instead of our old code system PAT tells you in Plain English what your choices are. 

Now we know your time is valuable and most of you don’t just listen to automated systems for the fun of it.  So to help you use PAT quicker and better we are providing the following guide to PAT’s basic menus.
